Dr. Kathryn Defilippi

“Running has dramatically changed my life. Not just physically, but mentally. Before I started running, I felt stuck. I was scared to take on challenges for fear of failure. I was never athletic in high school. I started running in college and found that the more I ran, the more I could do. I set out a goal to run a marathon. Accomplishing that goal meant more than running a distance. I learned a lot about myself and continue to utilize running as a tool to keep me balanced both physically and mentally to improve my overall well-being. I want to show you how adding a dimension to your life such as running can change you too. ”
